CMA/Patient Coordinator II
Full-time, At-Will, Non-exempt
Salary: $29.98-$33.46/hr (includes bilingual differential)
Fluent English and Spanish required.
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required.

Responsible for coordinating a range of patient and client-centered services, including advocating for clients and patients, completing client care plans, and conducting annual reassessments to ensure eligibility and service delivery.
